Are you ready to help us make the future? Job Description At Honeywell - Olathe, we produce the Avionics products that help keep Air Travel safe for commercial and business travelers. In this role, you will help to ensure we produce robust products and processes by coordinating with process experts to create, maintain and improve production processes, with the intent to provide methods for our production operators to efficiently and consistently produce products that meet our stringent quality standards. You will coordinate with our Engineering team to analyze part non-conformances and customer returns to identify root cause of failures and then work to implement corrective actions to eliminate those causes. By collaborating with internal customers and broader engineering teams, you will help to influence manufacturing cost, yield, and schedule execution. You will partner with technical experts, to leverage advanced tools and techniques to optimize manufacturing processes and deliver high impact business results. YOU MUST HAVE Electronic Technician Certificate or equivalent military experience.
