Addison Group is partnered with a PE owned company in the North DFW area. This is a dynamic role with the ability to make an impact on the direction of the company as it continues to grow. This role will report the the VP of Finance and work closely with CFO and CEO.This position is hybrid in Plano, TX. This role pays 100K-120K + bonus.Responsibilities includes:Assist with developing revenue and expense budgets, monthly forecasts financial models and present analytics to support management teamPerform forecast and budget variance analysis in conjunction with the entire Finance teamManage financial and operational ad-hoc reporting and analysisPrepare and review financial variances between ActualBudgetForecast financial resultsProvide support on the monthly close process, including review of variance analyses, key trends, and performance metricsLead the planning, coordination and consolidation of corporate budgetforecast as needed by the businessContinuously analyze revenue and expense drivers to incorporate trends into financial forecastsRequirements:Bachelors in Finance or business related degree2-5 years of FP&A experience; preferably in medium sized to large company and high growth environmentFinancial modeling and analysis skills, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.Ability to communicate and cross functionally partner with various other departments.
