Job Description:

We're looking for an Operations, Administration and Technology leader to manage the nuts and bolts of our business. This position is taking over a set of responsibilities from a 10+ year employee whose duties are shifting.We want someone who is interested in building systems; who is curious and wants to learn; and who has an interest in improving processes and driving efficiency through automation. Some portions of the job are catch-all administration duties necessary for running a small business, such as managing key vendor relationships, overseeing the HR function, and troubleshooting computer and technology issues for employees. Some part of the job is helping us to manage (and innovate) our processes for tracking and analyzing data and turning them into KPIs. Some part of the job is just ad hoc support for our busy consultants. We've got a number of ideas for improving our "professional services machine," and this person will be a key part in supporting these ongoing efforts to become better and better at delivering our services and growing our company.This role will report to the CEO and work closely with the entire team of 20+ people.We are looking for some sort of relevant experience building and managing business processes, designing new and more efficient ways of doing things, becoming a subject matter expert on various technology applications, managing vendor relationships, general administration, etc. We don't need any specific industry experience, though small-business experience is a big plus.
