Procurement team covers both Indirect and Direct spend.Responsibilities and Duties Design &; Developmento Assist Manager as needed in the development of projects i.e., displays & fixtureso Research and Evaluate suppliers Financial Analysiso Make informed purchasing decisionso Understand fundamental basics of budget & forecastingo Optimize Excel to run financial analysis of projects PO Managemento Create and issue purchase orders Planning & Timeline Managemento Optimize our internal Systems: PLM - input and maintain information for supply items which are sourced anddeveloped, not for resale items BPICS - learn and maintain information as needed Supplier Scheduling, Delivery &; Receipt Processingo Monitor purchases through the delivery process and address any problemso Receipt processing and confirmationSkills Required: Strong analytical, decision -making and negotiation skills Understanding of sourcing and vendor management tools and analysis Ability to build and maintain relationships with cross functional team and vendors Comfortable with data collection, analyzing, and interpreting data Ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines Ability to work independently Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.
