As they pave the path for future projects, they eagerly seek their next Project Accountant to bolster their team.The role is in-office in Philadelphia,PA, and pays between $80,000 - $100,000 based on experience.Responsibilities:Collaborate with collections to address payment discrepancies effectively.Spearhead the creation of AIA invoices, change orders, and payment requests.Conduct analyses of billing activities to ensure monthly project goals are met.Ensure timely and accurate client billing, adhering to provided guidelines and including necessary supporting documentation.Generate cost billings to ensure accurate billing for projects, identifying any missed items and ensuring their inclusion in subsequent billings.Coordinate with Project Managers to update and balance all cost reports for monthly status reports.Qualifications:Experience Sage 300 preferred3+ years of project accounting experience.Advanced Microsoft Office skills.Highly organized, with emphasis on attention to detail.Strong understanding and knowledge of construction billing concepts and practices.
