Job Description:

Our client is seeking a National Account Manager - Business Development to join their growing team. This position is a true Sales Hunter position, who will be responsible for business expansion, revenue growth, and overall profitability through planning, growth management, needs based solution selling business development, market research, and analysis practice. You will be based out of Oldsmar, Florida. A remote position can be considered depending on experience. Responsibilities: Adopt to the company sales processesInterface with team members to better communicate the scope of details related to a potential projectBuild and maintain data for new business growth and Key Contacts in CRMDaily prospecting of new clients via phone email, and identify qualified opportunitiesConducting daily research to determine to locate potential prospectsWorks closely with newly established clients to execute required support team and account manager, for ongoing daily supportDevelops knowledge of products and services and extends that knowledge to appropriately configure a system based on the needs of the customerScheduling on-site and remote sales presentations to clientsPrepares all quotes, forecasting, reportsMaintains market awareness as it applies to key sectors served by the companyCollaborate with team on revenue growth through existing customer meetings and presentations for high potential prospectsWork in the office during business hours and be available to other teams during that time for efficient executions of projects Knowledge and Skills:Must be highly organized and efficientMust be capable of working in a fast paced work environmentMust have previous outside sales experienceProficient in CRM, and various MS Office programs required (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)Must be aware of market trends and product development through resources and networkingMust have exceptional interpersonal skills allowing for clear, concise written and verbal communication with internal and external audiencesBachelor's degree from a four- year college or university preferred; or four years related experience and or training; or equivalent combination of education and external audiencesMust be willing to travel 20%-50% within the United States to existing and prospect customers, and various trade shows Hours: 8:30AM - 5:30PM M-F Salary- $65k + Uncapped CommissionsAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
