Email Marketing Director - Salesforce Marketing CloudOur client is seeking a passionate Marketing Cloud Expert to leverage Salesforce Marketing Cloud and craft data-driven welcome email journeys that nurture new customers and boost brand loyalty. You will also be in charge of strategy decisions for a new team. Location: Englewood Cliffs, NJCompensation: $160,000 - 175,000You'll:Develop & execute personalized, automated welcome journeys.Optimize email performance with AB testing & data analysis.Champion email marketing best practices and ensure compliance.Monitor & analyze performance, generate reports, & identify growth opportunities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams & stay on top of industry trends.You possess:Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, communications, or a related -depth Salesforce Marketing Cloud expertise (Journey Builder & Email Studio).Proven welcome journey email design & execution experience.Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, segmentation, personalization, & automation.Proficiency in email marketing analytics & reporting tools.Excellent written & verbal communication skills with a knack for crafting engaging email copy.Ability to write queries, analyze data, & make data-driven decisions.Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize & meet deadlines.HTML & CSS experience for email template customization (a plus).Ready to craft captivating experiences that empower our growth?
