For 36 years, Business Council for the Arts has advocated for business support of the arts, developed business leaders for nonprofit boards of directors; fostered employee creativity, engagement, and creativity through the arts; guided strategic business support for the arts; and measured the economic impact of arts and culture in North Texas.Role DescriptionThis is a part-time on-site role for an Administrative Coordinator. The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support, answering phones, managing email communications, providing event support, and assisting with executive administrative tasks. The role is located in Dallas, TX.QualificationsAdministrative Coordinator and Executive Administrative Assistance skillsExcellent phone etiquette and communication skillsExcellent writing, notetaking, and calendaring skillsClerical skills and attention to detailExperience in managing communications and schedulingStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM Software such as SalesforceAbility to work independently and collaborativelyExperience in the arts or nonprofit sector is a plusCollege degree required
