As a Maintenance Supervisor, your goal will be to energetically and professionally manage our multi-family community's maintenance department. IRT has a strong commitment to hiring the most talented industry professionals, which has resulted in record growth, making the Company one of the most respected and trusted within our industry.A Typical Day:Partner with the Community and Regional Manager on property maintenance plans and initiatives.Provide strong leadership, direction, and training while you empower the service team to perform at the highest level.Prioritized work orders and delegated assignments to assure all service orders requests are successfully completed and completed in a timely manner.Lead by example and troubleshootcomplete service requests as needed.Ensure the service team adheres to budgets, provided the highest level of service, and provides the highest level of resident relations and customer service.Requirements:Minimum 2 years' experience in property maintenance or equivalent field.EPA I and EPA II are required. CPO certification is preferred. Ability to lift and carry up to 45 lbs., and occasionally lift and carry up to 80 lbs.
