ResponsibilitiesGreet and communicate with residents as neededSweep and mop floors, lobbies, entryways, hallways, and stairwellsEnsure a clean and orderly environment for tenants Remove and dispose of trash using a trash compactor Deliver packages to apartments when needed RequirementsPrevious cleaning experience in a large building 3+ days of open availability per week (Mon - Sun)Excellent customer service and communication skillsAbility to lift at least 50lbs and stand for long durations
