What you'll be working on:Lead our expansion locally and regionally using unconventional and conventional sales tactics to acquire leads and new clientsOwn the territory and serve as expert in prospective clients' hiring trends, engage in strategic planning and market research to win the businessBuild a strong alliance with the recruitment team to effectively execute and ensure a continuous focus on quality and resultsEffectively interact with our clients, candidates, and other stakeholdersLeverage professional and social media to promote the Mojo Trek brand. Attend local conferences and networking eventsWhat you need to have:1+ years of sales experience in the technology, life science, or healthcare recruitment and staffing industry3+ years of business development experience, ideally B2BExperience with cold calling or outside salesProven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targetsExperience working in a consultative sales environment and with C-suite and Director-level executivesMust have great communication skills, a sense of urgency, and drive for resultsAbility to work efficiently and effectively with minimum or no supervisionCreativity, collaboration, and the ability to work in high-growth, start-up environmentStrong organizational and prioritization skillsWhat we offer:Competitive offering: base salaryjunior - mid level: $55,000-$70,000 base+ competitive commission plan, bonuses, and additional incentives*Hybrid Employment: The ideal candidate should be comfortable working remotely for the majority of the workweek while being available to work from our office in NYC for 2-3 days a weekProfessional development and career advancement opportunitiesCollaborative, open environment where your voice counts and makes a differencePlease note that the base salary range listed in the job description is provided as a guideline and not as a definitive offer.
