Retail HRBPAs the Field & Corporate HRBP, heshethey will contribute to the overall department strategy in a Generalist capacity role.You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the recruiting process, fostering, and maintaining employee relationships through coaching, advising, and negotiating in conflict situation, and assisting and organizational effectiveness efforts, he will deliver HR solutions in several key areas, including recruitment and hiring, internal mobility, employee relations, performance management, and compliance, HR operations, and training and development.Essential Duties:Acts as the designated HR point of contact and partner for the retail field team and retail operations including corporate.Serves as a retail HRBP for the US for both Lanvin, US and Wolford US, provides hands-on HR support by maintaining both a physical and virtual presence in the respective locations. Is a regular contributor to regional meetings, as well as management-staff meetings at the store-level.Is aware of our business issues and priorities, and provides focus support, coaching, and guidance to management.Manages employee relations for the store locations and recommends appropriate employment, action to maintain a productive, positive work environment. Empower store management to manage employee disciplinary actions to ensure consistent, uniform, and fair application of company, policies, and procedures and government laws. With general supervision, assist in investigations, recommend solutions to issues, consults employees, advises, managers, on discipline process and facilitates dispute resolution.Responsible for HR, headcount budget, new headcount request, and maintains organizational charts for Lanvin and Wolford partners proactively with leaders on full cycle recruiting processes to meet the various staffing needs within the brands.Responsible for optimization and implementation of company initiatives, talent acquisition, and management programs and manages in-house talent systems ensures that we hire key talent with a focus on the candidate experience.Ensures our regular vacant positions are posted internally and externally, and provides analysis of recruiting processes, employee retention, statistics, and other HR metrics.Conduct regular touch base meetings with store leaders to provide HR workforce updates, reviewing Store Talent sessions planning provide management team and coaching recommendations to optimize business performance works closely with the HR shared services to support with implementing new programs and initiates that impact employee engagement.Supports the head of US and global head of HR for each respective brands including Brand President's. Proactively discovers how HR can help make changes within the organization to positively affect the (retail) business of the company.Takes a "hands-on" and analytical approach to support the business, by finding creative and strategic ways to improve processes, procedures, etc.Partners and supports all other brand HR initiatives and tasks as needed.Frequent travel as needed based on business needs and required store visits to each boutique within the US.Supervisory Responsibilities:This position does not have any direct reports.Budget Responsibilities:This position manages Brand Payroll budget, creates and maintains budget for recruitment and associated pensation manager for recruiting and hiring processes, assist retail management and monitoring payroll budget for location, controlling overtime and staying within budget for salary.Decision making responsibility: Yes - recruitment and hiring employee relations - dispute resolution.Additional Responsibilities:Demonstrates high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with customers, peers, and management.Demonstrates high level of quality work, attendance, and appearance.Adheres to all Company Policies & Procedures and Safety Regulations.Adheres to local, state, and federal laws.Qualifications:4-6 years of experience in an HR retail partner roleExperience leading HR functions in a multi-unit, multi state environment, high volume, high traffic, and high visibility environment preferred. Must have PHR certificationExperience in luxury, retail and or service-oriented organization, or direct retail store experienceExceptional relationship and interpersonal skills - building skills to create long lasting impact to client groupSolid understanding of HR policies and procedures, federal and state, employment law - compliance and reporting requirementsStrong counseling approach, and proven ability to influence.
