As an Enterprise Sales Agent, you'll be responsible for working leads provided by our Digital Agent and Corporate Partners. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Agents will take inbound calls as well as reach out to leads provided to them internally through our proprietary technology. Your role is integral to our business and will ensure effective sales practices, sales growth, and increased revenue for the company.A successful candidate will have experience in a call center and the personal lines industry along with expertise in the sales process and methodologies. This candidate will have the ability to balance a rigid schedule and learn a script. They must have the ability to work collaboratively with people in a high-stress, fast-paced environment.Experience and Education • Passing the state licensing exam, once hired• Legally authorized to work the United States Required Skills and Abilities • Exceptional written and verbal communication.• Experience in a fast-paced work environment.• B2B or B2C sales experience.• Competitive attitude.• Networking abilities.• Entrepreneurial spirit.• Problem-solving mentality.• Self-motivated, hands on, self-starter mindset that can do the work.• Strong time management Strong attention to detail and organization.• Industry experience and P&C licensed, pensation Summary Yearly earnings potential ranges from $40,000 - $150,000, varying based on performance. Our compensation package consists of a one-time signing bonus of $2,000, and guaranteed annual salary based on prior work experience plus new business commissions.
