Phoenix Home Care and Hospice is adding an After-Hours On Call Coordinator to our St. Louis, Mo Team!If you have a heart for helping people, love to play a supportive role in healthcare and truly make a difference in someone's life? If you answered yes then Phoenix Home Care and Hospice would love to hear from you!Job Duties:5pm-8am Monday through Friday and 24 hours Saturday and SundayRepresent Phoenix Home Care and the After-hours On Call department in a professional and courteous manner at all timesDevelop and maintains relationships with clients by providing high quality customer serviceResponsible for all communication with clients and staff after normal office hours on weekdays, weekends, or observed holidaysRespond to all after hours worker injury calls and refers employee to appropriate medical facility for treatmentMust work well in fast paced environment and adapt quickly to changing conditionsOversee all field staff and re-staff as necessary when the main office is closedBe available to take calls as directed by the ManagerRequirementsExcellent attendance and punctualityPrior scheduling experience preferredMulti-tasker a mustGreat phone etiquetteMust be organizedMust be at least 18 years of ageEducationLicensure: High school diploma or equivalentWill train the right candidate!Our mission is to offer New Beginnings and meaningful opportunities to our caregivers and clinicians while providing home care services to our clients built on innovation, skill, and Christ-like values of compassion, honesty, and patience.
