The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, managing meetings, coordinate client presentations and utilizing clerical skills. The Personal Assistant will also be responsible for maintaining communication within the team and with external partners. Some work from home is acceptable.QualificationsPersonal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skillsExcellent communication abilities, both written and oralDiary management and organizational skillsClerical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google SuiteProven experience in a related roleOutstanding attention to detail and multitasking abilitiesStrong work ethic and ability to maintain confidentialityGreat to Have Proficiency in foreign languages (hebrew preferred)Experience with basic multi-lingual skillsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field is a plusPlease apply thru
