About Us:Pinnacle Partners was established in 2015 and is a national insurance broker with agencies in over 25 states. We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our growing sales team. From our strategic relationships with industry leading real estatemortgage professionals, you will work warm referrals.About the Position:Work with clients to understand their insurance needs and then use our software to find them the best price and coverage from our 15+ national carriers.Base + Commission + Performance BonusesYou will be provided with warm referrals (no cold calling) from either:1. realtors working for the largest real estate brokerage in the US who have buyers that are currently buying new homes and thus have to buy policies OR2. from mortgage processors of one of the largest mortgage companies in the US.Many of our sales agents make over $100,000 by year 3. First year's earning potential ranges from $50,000 - $85,000 varying based on performance.Flexible scheduleDevelopmental program for additional leadership opportunity that can lead to becoming a Sales Team Lead, Territory Manager, and eventual partner in the company.Property and Casualty License: Candidate must currently have their Property & Casualty Insurance License or obtain it prior to start date.
