Focused on the rent-ready vertical. We are rapidly expanding into targeted high growth markets. As demand for our services increase, we are adding team members. Qualified candidates will add value by enhancing our proven sales and service models.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Cold-calling, prospecting, lead generating, and building long term relationships with our potential customersTravel locally, regionally, and nationally as neededCRM rules of engagement actively maintained in real timeBecoming an active member and participating in different trade organizations locally, regionally, and nationallyDeveloping and nurturing relationships with company vendors and contractorsPreparing and presenting sales proposals to customers, decision makers, and internal and external customersWalking customers through the "next steps" and the PF&TCO operational process while bridging communications with our estimating and quoting departmentSetting proper expectations by communicating clearly and consistently via phone, email, and texts with all stakeholdersProviding world class customer service to current and future customersExceed key performance sales activity targets daily, weekly, and monthly such as but not limited to phone calls, networking events, lead generation, one-on-ones, and one-on-manys.Exceed sales targets monthly, quarterly, and annuallyKeep Top 10-20-100 list current within CRMParticipation in personal and professional training opportunities (sales, leadership, and product knowledge training)Daily Training in Cardone UniversityFacilitating product knowledge presentation on new products, services, and industry trendsPerform responsibilities with a professional, humble, and ethical mannerRequirementsQualifications:Proven sales performance demonstrating effective prospecting, closing, and nurturing skillsExperience and working knowledge in the flooring industry highly preferredExcellent verbal communication and presentation skillsSelf-motivated team player with strong work ethicSome sales experience preferred; B2B experience a plusWilling and able to learn new products and trade knowledgeExcellent written communication and interpersonal skillsExceptional organizational and time blocking skillsPrior use of CRM tool and territory management requiredAbility to respond to customer needs with a sense of urgencyServant mentality while working closely across a variety of personality typesEmployment At-WillEmployment is voluntarily entered into, and employees are free to resign at will at any time, with or without cause.
