You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including non-profit organizations, community action groups, public entities, community leaders and businesses to advance US Solar's community engagement strategy and subscription efforts across several markets.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute community engagement strategy for new marketsIdentify and develop strategic partnerships with community leaders, nonprofit organizations, businesses and government agencies to support US Solar's subscription and community engagement initiativesCollaborate with internal teams to develop and implement partnership strategies that drive positive impact and advance our organizational goalsLead outreach efforts to engage potential partners and stakeholders in key growth areas such as low-to-moderate income and public housing, including proposal development, conducting presentations, networking events, pitching and agreement negotiationsManage the entire partnership lifecycle, from initial outreach and negotiation to contract development, implementation and ongoing relationship managementManage and track progress towards community engagement goals and subscription goalsCollaborate with commercial and residential origination, marketing, and project development teamsTrack and report on partnership and community impact metrics, including donationsPeriodic travel to high priority markets will be involved in this roleCore Proficiencies:Strong execution skills, with attention to detail, organizational skills and proven record of successProven track record of developing and managing strategic partnershipsExcellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skillsStrong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentDeveloping product offering and delivering proposals which clearly demonstrate the value proposition toAbility to take initiative and be proactive in partnership creationSelf-motivated and results oriented with a passion for driving positive social and environmental changeAble to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyCompetent and comfortable leading external partnership conversations and negotiationsEffective working individually as well as with a teamAble to react quickly and problem solve in a quickly changing environment, with limited procedures in placeRequirements:3-5 years of demonstratable partnership management, community engagement or related experience in the sustainability, nonprofit, or renewable energy spaceExperience with local or federal Energy Assistance Programs (ex.
