We have multiple clients looking for ReceptionistsAdministrative AssistantsOffice Assistants on a temporary, temp to perm and permanent basis.The general hourly range for these roles are $18-27hr DOEResponsibilities will possibly include:Answer and direct phone callsOrganize and schedule appointmentsAssist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reportsUpdate and maintain office policies and proceduresOrder office supplies and research new deals and suppliersMaintain contact listsBook travel arrangementsSubmit and reconcile expense reportsAct as the point of contact for internal and external clientsLiaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managersRequirements and skills:1-2+ years experience as a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Office Administrative AssistantKnowledge of office management systems and proceduresProficiency in MS OfficeExcellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize workAttention to detail and problem solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
