Job Description:

Our client is looking for an Outside Sales Rep in the Pennsylvania area, to join a well-established nationally based Infrastructure company with an immediate opening. This is a DIRECT HIRERemote opportunity!!! Hours: 8AM - 5PM (Monday - Friday) with required flexibility. *MUST be able to travel up to 80% throughout the Pennsylvania territory - some overnights required. Salary - $65,000 - $75,000 DOE + commission Responsibilities:*Conduct in-person and virtual professional sales presentations and obtain specifications for products. *Utilize Salesforce and other tools to manage prospects, issue quotes, and communicate with broader team members. *Develop and implement sales plans and programs to ensure the profitable growth and expansion of Infrastructure products. *Develop a plan of continuing assessment for pricing, distribution, market, customer, and competitor information to keep abreast of new opportunities for the company. *Recommend development of new productsservices and plans for increased market penetration based on market research. *Obtain market intelligence, analyze, and develop recommendations for changes, and communicate through proper channels. *Develop a detailed understanding of the sales territory customer base which includes Municipalities, Contractors, Engineers, Supply Houses, Distributors, OEM, and competitors. *Provide a weekly call report and discuss current activity in weekly conference calls. *Investigate customer complaints and claims through on-site visits and work with teammates to determine cause and develop resolution.Requirements:*Successful completion of a post-offer, pre-hire background check and drug screen. *Bachelor's degree in business or civilmechanicalenvironmental engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience. *3 to 5 years of successful face-to-face sales with customers required. *Demonstrated ability to be an effective communicator and work as a team, influencing others through strong organizational skills and handle an increasing level of responsibilities. *Demonstrated ability to create clear action plans and meet and exceed goals and sales plans. *Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships paired with strong analytical skills. *Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and use of a CRM tool (Salesforce). *Demonstrated ability to read and interpret civil design drawings, engineering production drawings, and project plans to recommend solutions and create material take-offs.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
