Job Description:

Dr. Schar USA is a gluten-free manufacturing company located in Swedesboro, NJ, looking to add a Sales Operations Coordinator to our team!This candidate would be accountable for full order cycle, managing databases, and supporting the Sales teams administrative requirements.Tasks:Full Order Cycle· Process orders by transferring orders to fulfillment; communicating expected delivery date; explaining stock-outs· Coordinate and inform customers and brokers about new products, product modifications, sell sheets, price pages, etc.· Assist customers with complaints, maintain reclamation system and ensure resolution. Manage Distributor Audits and shipping discrepancies· Maintain customer master data in ERP system (Navision) - Navision Item cards, Pricing, Chains, new items, etc. Conversion of Navision Item cards to Cubeware.· Monitor payments to support general dunning· Ensure customers are invoiced properly· Coordinate the fulfillment of sample and show orders· Publish the daily sales and orders report to the group and monthly sales reporting to Management and Sales team· Distributor Codes Maintenance.· Project Management· Maintain Customer and broker specific documents and Contracts (COI, W9, etc.)· Facilitate the collection and communication of all sales forecasting information to SCM· Facilitate regulatory requirements from customers and brokers (food quality certifications, etc.) Preferred Qualifications:· Ability to learn in fast paced environment· Ability to communicate within a team to understand processes· Computer and technology savvy· Diplomacy dealing with customer and internals partners· Understanding of customer service skills Confidentiality· The job holder is only allowed to share information with authorized persons: data and information specific to the department such as: business figures and -goals, salary information, statistics and analyses, pricing, customers and supplier information, terms etc.
