We use low leverage on all of our acquisitions to provide sustainable value creation.Qualifications12-24 months Investment Banking ExperienceDegree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Research, or related fieldAnalytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving skillsExperience using data to drive operational decisionsStrong communication, collaboration, and time management skillsWillingness to learn, work hard, and take on tasks outside of their comfort zoneFluency in Spanish or any other language experience is a plus
