Our focus is providing unmatched customer support, guidance, and compliance expertise so our partner establishments can grow their businesses and generate more revenue.SUMMARYThe Field Marketing Analyst works with the VP of Marketing, the Senior Marketing Manager, and the General Manager - Husker Gaming ("GM") to create and execute a strategy to promote Husker products and services as well as to market to Husker customers, including gaming location owners and players. The Field Marketing Analyst will also manage field requests from Husker field professionals to promote Husker products and services and market to Husker customers. The position is responsible for implementing marketing activities that drive location profitability and increase player engagement while keeping everyone informed to make these changes a reality.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESWork with the Accel Data Analytics Group, VP of Marketing, Senior Marketing Manager and the GM to understand what promotional and marketing efforts drive optimal play at Husker locationsDevelop customized marketing plans for key strategic accountsConstantly adjust and improve marketing strategies to drive location profitability and player engagementCommunicate with location owners and players to understand their feedback on the player experience, including marketingpromotionsDaily supervision of marketing requests pipeline and fulfillment from BDMs and Relationship ManagersCreate a culture of accountability and performance in partnership with Relationship Manager, Business Development Managers and the General Manager Director of Operations to increase productivity and overall profitabilityWork closely with Sales and Relationship Management teams to continuously prioritize needs of projects, timelines, and deadlines based on customer needs and departmental capabilitiesResponsible for training NE Operations team on marketing needsWork with Parts Department to ensure all collateral, materials, and signage are readily availableManage purchases of marketing collateral with vendors and maintain vendor relationshipsManage development of artwork between Account Managers and Graphic DesignersResearch and manage vendors on new productWork with the Marketing Department to develop attractive, dynamic marketing materials and online content consistent with Accel's look and styleWrite and develop creative content, including brochures, sales slicks, presentations, marketing plans, and promotionsManage field communication to keep Sales team and other employees informed and knowledgeable about updates on standard inventoryEvent planning and managementContinually research marketplace and industry to keep innovatingOther duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree required3+ years of marketing managementAbility to travel within the state of Nebraska - most of time out in the fieldProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to prepare reports and business correspondenceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to understand and follow written and verbal instructionsStrong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflowStrong project management skillsAbility to work independently and as a member of various teamsVersatility and willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasmStrong organization skills and ability to coordinate schedules between many partiesAbility to maintain friendly, cooperative, and professional relationships with customers in a variety of settingsFamiliarization with Salesforce is plus
