We write operating procedures and training manuals, and provide on-site training of operations personnel.Former board operators and supervisors - You do not need to know anything about writing procedures or training. We will teach you these skills. We are looking for knowledge. We mainly hire retirees who want to work full or part-time, are within driving distance of Baton Rouge, and who have vast experience and a great performance record during their career. Work can be performed entirely at our office or at your home with occasional meetings at our office.Chemical Engineers - We are looking for part-time and full-time chemical engineers with at least 5 years of experience in refining or chemical operations.
