We're a growing IT hardware sales company with an office in Port Charlotte.This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Representative located in Port Charlotte, FL. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, managing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.The ideal candidate will be calling business to business and selling to Fortune 5000 companies. You will be selling the very top names in data communications & telecommunications equipment (ie: Cisco, Avaya and HP). We're looking for someone who has the drive to succeed and meet goals.Essential Sales Functions Establish and maintain both new and existing customer relationships over the telephoneProspect and talk to a minimum of 10 decision makers daily (Making at least 60+ calls daily)Learn & understand our CRM systems & Quoting systemMaintain customer information and conversations in our CRM systemResolve and communicate solutions regarding technical and RMA issuesAbility to do price quotes and pricing negotiationsRepresent Network Craze in a professional manner; striving for total customer satisfactionKnowledgeSkillsAbilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced team environmentAbility to talk to "Management level" prospects or customers over the telephoneExcellent organization and customer service skillsAbility to think and communicate under pressureProficient knowledge of Google DocsQualificationsExperience in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Account ManagementStrong customer service and customer satisfaction skillsExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenExperience in the technology industry is a plus but not requiredHS diploma requiredCollege experience helpful but not required (preferably in business, marketing, sales or similar major)Additional InformationPerksMonday - Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pmSales TrainingFun Office EnvironmentInside SalesGreat Commissions PotentialNo travelCasual DressFunded IRA Plan (Similar to a 401k)
