This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for finance and to be a part of a team which helps the local community with quality services and facilities that will enable them to thrive.The Budget Director reports to the CFO and Deputy CFO. As the Budget Director, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the financial landscape of the county. Key areas of focus for the Budget Director will include playing a lead role in development and maintaining of the annual budget, long term budgetary planning and costs management, statutory requirements, operating cost and related analysis, regulatory compliance, lease negotiations, assisting with external audit, and more. There are also process improvement opportunities, including upgrading of IT systems.
