We are a partnered with a boutique WealthTech firm with a leading integrated platform for independent financial advisory firms. They provide comprehensive support and services to independent wealth management advisors and are looking for a Corporate Marketing Associate to join their corporate marketing team in St. Pete!! The focus of the role will be on branding, digital, social, and SEOSEM marketing for the company.The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience and be able to work 5 days in office per week, report to the head of the BrandCorporate Marketing division, and work in conjunction with their Network Marketing and Community Marketing Teams.You will have a significant impact on driving the initial stages of lead generation, shaping the path prospects take, and guiding them through a comprehensive conversion process that spans over an extended pensation: $75,000-$85,000 + 10-15% discretionary bonus + eligibility for equity after 1 yearResponsibilities:Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute strategies targeting potential leads, leveraging market research and understanding of customer journeys.Lead Nurturing: Implement lead nurturing strategies to maintain engagement with potential leads, delivering relevant content to guide them through the sales funnel.Lead Qualification: Develop methodologies to identify and prioritize Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) based on engagement with content.Content Creation: Produce compelling content across various platforms, including email campaigns, digital salesrooms, meetings, advertisements, and webinars.Paid Advertising: Oversee and optimize paid advertising campaigns across social media, search engines, and programmatic ternal Collaboration: Align marketing efforts with business goals, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.Website Optimization: Optimize website content for search engines to increase organic traffic and attract more potential leads.Analytics: Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize lead generation efforts.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field4-5 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or sales developmentIn-office position in downtown St. Petersburg, FLExperience in lead generation, lead nurturing, and customer journey mappingStrong understanding of digital marketing channels and tacticsProficiency in marketing automation platformsExcellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skillsCreative mindset with a passion for innovation and learningPlease apply in if you are interested in working in a collaborative environment in the office 5 days a week!!
