We also love the fact that our work often provides the opportunity to explore the world of hospitality, engage with some really interesting cultural pillars and when we're lucky, to travel to amazing places and do some really fun things with our brands! Senior Account Manager responsibilities include, but not limited to:●     Build client confidence in communications sector knowledge and expertise●     Create effective publicity amplification plans for client launches, initiatives, and activations●     Pitch stories and secure coverage in leading National and Regional media outlets●     Prepare materials and liaise with clients for conferences, press visits, interviews, etc.●     Develop creative communications and marketing communications materials (i.e. press releases, fact sheets, Q&As etc)●     Build and maintain successful relations with media and other outlets●     Lead and oversee junior team to deliver successful media and communications campaigns●     Ongoing creative ideation around our campaigns What we need from you:●     Be questioning and challenging●     Be brilliant - that's why we hired you, so show us how right we were●     Deliver amazing work●     Be accountable - own mistakes as much as victories, then learn from them and move on●     Don't take yourself too seriously - we're massively invested in what we do, but we're not saving lives here What we're looking for:●     Publicity-driven with a keen sense of news and trends●     Strong interest and understanding of the North American media market across Print, Online and Broadcast understand what these outlets require from our brands.●     Strong interest in Spirits, Drinks and Consumer media sectors●     Strong managerial skills - leading a team of 3-4●     Team player with an ability to envision the big picture while focusing on the details●     Excellent written and verbal communication skills●     Outstanding organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects and portfolios â—     Commercially aware and business savvy●     Fulfilling the client's key performance indicators and growing accounts●     Bachelor's degree in PR Communications or other relevant field●     Minimum 5-6 years PR experience required - Consumer andor Spirits experience preferred â—     Industry knowledge and contacts are beneficial
