As a Director or ED-level Credit Repo Salesperson, heshethey will be responsible for developing and executing the commercial strategy of the credit repo financing platform in the Americas. This is to include client tiering and acquisition, prepost trade relationship management and facilitating the on-boarding due diligence process.Represent the global markets platform and drive the credit financing sales efforts:Market and execute the full suite of credit financing opportunities through repo, securities lending, and derivative productsServe as the primary commercial liaison for all credit repo efforts across the sales organizationMentor & educate coverage bankers and markets sales teams as to the credit repo landscape and opportunity setPartner with Coverage and Client management Unit (CMU) to optimize client relationships and cross-sell Natixis' broader product suite in-line with the broader CIB strategy.Contribute to the strategy and business development efforts of the financing pillar of global marketsCollaborate with regional teams (LATAMCanada) to expand presence and diversify the client baseParticipate in the enhancement of the 1LOD model and reinforce the commercial controlsRequirements:Superior knowledge of the Global markets financing competitive and regulatory landscapeAt least 8 years of Sales experience Strong verbal and written communication skills. The salary range for this position will be between $250,000 - $350,000. Natixis is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Actual base salary will vary and will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, skills set, applicable licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Base salary is only one component of our total rewards package. Natixis also offers a generous benefits package, and you may be eligible for a discretionary incentive award depending on company and individual performance.
