Seeking a Superintendent with environmental remediation expertise for a direct hire role in Martinez, CA.Candidates must be willing to travel. Enjoy full benefits, including PTO, Medical, Dental, and 401k!Salary: $95,000 - $130,000 per year (based on experience)Responsibilities:Lead projects across multiple sites with minimal supervision, managing multidisciplinary tasks and schedules effectively.Ensure compliance with company and client Health and Safety requirements.Direct field personnel, subcontractors, and equipment operators to ensure project progress.Maintain accurate daily field documentation.Identify contract requirements, potential changes, and out-of-scope items.Assist in cost estimation and negotiation with vendorssubcontractors.Conduct initial accident investigations and develop appropriate procedures.Collaborate with senior management to establish project goals.Supervise and mentor up to 10 direct craft reports.Qualifications:8+ years of experience in environmental cleanup, soil remediation, demodecon, or habitat restoration.Proven track record leading multi-disciplinary teams in construction projects.Preferred:40-Hour HAZWOPER training and current 8-Hour HAZWOPER Refresher required.USACE QC TrainingInterested?
