Kopernik is a client-centric, 100% employee-owned, global equity investment management specialist. SummaryThe position is based in Tampa, Florida, and reports to Investor Relations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for value investing, a high level of integrity and put the needs of our clients first. They must be self-starter and should thrive in a smaller, employee-owned company environment. ResponsibilitiesDevelop a deep knowledge of Kopernik's investment philosophy, process, and products, including an understanding of the target end-market (Family Offices, RIAs, Financial Advisors, Endowments & Foundations, Corporate Plans, OCIOs).Utilize a consultative approach to position Kopernik's investment platform via phone and email; the goal is to "know your client" and help them to thoroughly understand Kopernik.With guidance of the external sales partner, cultivate new business opportunities and maintain assigned intermediate relationships.
