Position: Account ExecutiveLocation: Honolulu, Oahu, HIExperience: Previous experience in a "hunting" sales position, to include prospecting for new business required; Previous experience working in a service industry OR staffing industry is a plus!Education: Bachelor's highly preferred; Working sales experience may be accepted for education preferenceType: Full-time; Direct HirePay: Starting at $61,200 annual salary plus quarterly uncapped commissions!Array Corporation is seeking an Account Executive to join a growing and dynamic team!Array Corporation is the leading provider of high-performing, on-demand, labor solutions, which are delivered from our team of assessed and precisely trained Rays for innovative customers in Hawaii. Our customized workforce solutions provide a tech-enabled platform that allows us to source, assess, train, and deploy labor against our customers' needs.Job Description:Identify and research potential clientsDevelop and maintain client relationshipsSecure new business with prospects and existing clientsKeep client information and sales leads up to dateConduct prospecting activities, including cold calling, targeted email and CRM outreach campaigns, and meeting with prospective buyersCommunicate with stakeholdersNegotiate contract terms with clientsOwn the relationship with the client: drive the entire sales cycle, manage client questions andor escalations, and pursue opportunities to expand our partnership and servicesConduct client interviews, conduct QBRs, prepare data, etc. to inform what happened last quarter and implement lessons learned into the next yearPosition Requirements:Effective communication skills with people at all levels of an organizationAbility to build relationships, communicate effectively, and accomplish many detail-oriented tasks simultaneously is requiredAbility to make sound business decisions and think on their toes in a fast-paced environmentStrong interpersonal communications (verbal and written)Excellent follow-through skills and time managementAble to work independently and in a team environmentPossess excellent phone sales skills with a strong sense of urgencyMulti-tasking, organization, and prioritization skills are essentialAbility to take "on the spot" feedback from Managers and Peers as a learning experienceWe are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
