The Marketing Specialist is responsible for all marketing related activities across the Americas. The foundation for this is excellent organization, creativity, and time management skills.We will provide a challenging and rewarding work environment where you will be generously rewarded based on your efforts.To be a success, You will......Generating and adhering to marketing plans and anization of expos, conferences, and events.Assisting with generation of content and coordination of mail"outs and online marketing campaigns with group marketing team.Writing case studies and newsletter articles.Managing merchandise and marketing collateral stock levels.Working with sales representatives located across the Americas and providing them with support for implementation of their business plans including marketing strategies and tactics for best results.Content creation in InDesign and Photoshop including ads, brochures, and quote templates.Ability to monitor and drive online campaigns (Google AdWords, regionally specific SEO, social media etc.)Able to take pictures and video useful for content marketing.Weekly activity reporting to the Sales Manager.Regular meetings with MineARC's Australian marketing team.Technical skills we require from you......Bachelor's degree in marketing or related degree.Experience in marketing a product, especially B2B.Adobe InDesign and Photoshop experience.Photography and videography experience.Google AdWords experience.Email campaigns (Mailchimp).Social media content experience.Strong proof editing experience.Ability to understand the technical products we manufacture.Personal Skills we require from you.......Excellent organization and time management skills.Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.Works well autonomously without supervision; can prioritize their own work and be accountable for their time.Ability to manage many tasks simultaneously.Excellent attention to detail.Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Advantageous Skills you may have......Bilingual SpanishExperience in an ISO9001:2015 certified companyJob Type: Full-timeSalary: Up to $80,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftEducation:Bachelor's (Required)Experience:Digital Marketing: 3 years (Required)Photography: 3 years (Required)Videography: 3 years (Required)Adobe InDesign: 3 years (Required)Video editing: 3 years (Required)Work Location: In person
