Our vision is reflected in forty restaurants...eighteen concepts... and sustainable, consistent growth.Job Overview: As a Catering Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our catering operations, from client coordination and menu planning to execution and delivery. This role will focus on leadership, creativity, and attention to detail to ensure exceptional service and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:Client Coordination Secure new business through designated leadsProvide expert knowledge in the sales and planning phase to guide discerning clients through successful decision-makingEarn loyalty and retain business through superior service and hospitalityAct as the primary point of contact for clients, from initial inquiries to post-event follow-up.Menu PlanningCollaborate with our Executive Culinary Team to develop customizable menus based on client preferences, dietary needs, and event themes.Event ExecutionAttend and support all catering events for assigned accountsGenerate and communicate accurate, timely information or documents with prospects and clients, our internal team, our venues, and our vendors.Oversee all aspects of event execution including setup, staffing, and on-site coordination. Ensure seamless delivery of food and beverage services, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation. Staff ManagementTrain and supervise catering staff, including servers, chefs, and additional support staff.
