This team member will partner with a multidisciplinary team to deliver campaign strategies, test designs, manage in-market optimization and drive media innovation within our programmatic capability. And if you do, we'd love to talk to you.What You'll Do:-Manage strategy and performance for programmatic DSP buying across display, native, video, audio and DOOH-Have knowledge of self-serve DSPs and other programmatic technology partners including planning tools, audience and platform inventory-Serve as key contact for platform partners and DSPs-Assist in delivering programmatic media innovation, best practices, process improvement, and collaboration across media and analytics centers of excellence-Partner with account services and strategy teams to drive the development of campaign strategy, testing and establishing KPIsbenchmarks-Provide day to day leader and advisory support for all programmatic advertising clients-Contribute to the success, retention and growth of a portfolio of clients across a wide range of business verticals (e.g. retail, ecomm, healthcare, financial services)-Monitor and optimize campaigns collaboratively with clients, media strategy teams, analytics and creative UX-Activate a team of programmatic buying specialists including campaign budget management, performance pacing and rapid testing iteration-Assist account and media strategy teams in multi-channel strategies -Experience curating inventory and audiences from public and private marketplaces-Contribute to quarterly business reviews, and annual planning-Attend weekly status meetings when neededWhat You Bring:-Minimum of 5 years experience programmatic advertising and DSP buying-Experience with programmatic channels, strategies, optimizations and reporting-Hands on keys management in various DSP platforms, YouTube and supporting technologies (measurement and identify management)-Experience in leveraging advanced quality and attention measurement tools such as IAS, MOAT, DoubleVerify as well as conducting brand conversion lift studies-Experience with retail media, dynamic creative optimization, direct partnerships, PMPs and advising in a variety of capacities (e.g. managed services, in-house clients team)-Ability to leverage journey based advertising metrics including brand and performance measures-Experience managing and coaching programmatic buyers and ad ops teams-Ability to articulate programmatic concepts and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders-Motivated by constantly changing media dynamics and a desire to challenge yourself to grow your skill set-Experience with other media channels a strong plus (e.g. social, terrestrial TV, affiliate, direct mail)-Multi-task effectively with precise attention to detail-Strong organizational and project management skills, in addition to excellent written and verbal communication skills, in a professional environment-Ability to anticipate and creatively resolve issues and identify opportunities-Exceptional team player possessing initiative and the ability to operate independently-BABS degree-Occasional out-of-state travel to clientsWHAT WE OFFERFlexibility - We have a hybrid office policy centered around the work, the team and our clients.
