We service businesses of all sizes and industries, as well as partner with construction companies to offer final cleaning on projects. Role Description:Commercial Cleaners is seeking a driven Account Executive with experience in sales and business development who can feel passionate about assisting to scale our companyOpportunity for growth in this role is abundant, starting out with uncapped commissions and then receiving a salary of $32,000-$36,000 + CommissionWe offer a 20% uncapped commission on all business you onboard, meaning your pay rate increases by $6 per hour, per contract.Your day-to-day responsibility consist of working in a hybrid work setting, completing cold-calls, door knocks, emailing prospective clients, and attending various networking events and mixers to identify prospects and build your own book of business.QualificationsIndustry experience preferred; janitorial andor constructionCollege education in a related field highly preferredKnowledge and experience regarding salesVerbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to learn quickly and apply that knowledge professionallyNetworking & Negotiation skillsProficiency in working with CRM systemsAbility and willingness to travel and meet clients as neededAbility to understand clients' needs and negotiate costs and servicesCompensationUncapped commission valued at 20% of all deals closed, recurring monthlySalary provided after 3 monthsBenefits provided at the time of salaryIncome-based bonuses for performanceFlexible work setting- Office, field, & work from homeEmployee-only events and holiday partiesHoliday time off
