We service a wide range of customers, from multibillion dollar public companies to small businesses alike.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role as an Account Manager at Diversified Industries Inc. located in Swedesboro, NJ. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing customer accounts, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role will involve a combination of on-site work at our Swedesboro location as well as the flexibility for some remote work.Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop sales growth across our industrial and automotive product lines by servicing existing customers and developing new customers.Participate in the development of marketing initiatives to maximize exposure and sales. Prepare and present performance reports to senior management by recapping business opportunities, marketing programs, sales results, market trends, and competitive informationMaintain and grow client relations with existing customersEstablish tailored plans to ensure customer satisfactionAttend conventions, conferences, and trade shows as needed; prepare post-event reports and analysis.Utilize business intelligence software for effective sales pipeline management, ensuring progress towards the organization's goalsFunction as liaison between customers and internal operations staffQualificationsThree to five years of experience in sales and account management. Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to build and maintain customer relationshipsExcellent problem-solving and negotiation skillsOrganizational and time management skillsKnowledge of the flexible materials converting industry is a plusAbility to work both independently and collaborativelyWilling to travel as needed
