Job Description:

PCC is seeking an Associate Marketing Engagement Manager to join their marketing team based in NYC. This role supports the Sr. Director, Digital Marketing on consumer engagement activities spanning retention and social media marketing for the Derek Lam 10 Crosby and ATM Collection brands.Associate Manager, Consumer Engagement EmailDay to day management of email and SMS channels - focusing on subscriber engagement and revenue growthManage daily operations of the email program including developing email calendars, coordinating execution and deployment of email campaigns; measurement and analysis of key business metrics; and communication of results to managementLeverage purchase data and customer behaviors to build personalized dynamic emails, offers, and content to ensure an exceptional customer experienceWork with Sr. Director to improve performance by AB testing and optimizing email creative, cadence, offers, content, messaging, subject lines, and calls to actionWork with internal functions (Creative, Copy, Marketing, etc.) and Sr. Director to coordinate and develop all copy and creative assets through creative briefs and review meetings to support e-mail programsReview competitive landscape and incorporate best practices to drive improvementsCreate email channel performance reporting on a weeklymonthly basisPlan and launch customer life cycle campaigns, automated emails and trigger emails with support from Sr. DirectorSocial PlatformsManage and update content for social channels (Instagram, Facebook) for both brands and adjust brand storytelling to social first content.Partner with creative team to create unique content to increase social presence and engagement including videos, lifestyle etc.Maintain social media and content calendars for the brand and execute against it in partnership with Creative team and Sr. DirectorModerate direct messages, comments, and responses to social audiencesReport on engagement KPIs and monitor performance of social content on an ongoing basis QualificationsMinimum 5 years of post-college experience in email marketing and social media andor digital content campaignsA true storyteller and strategic thinker with passion for marketing and data. Experience in lifestyle, beauty, or fashion apparel industry, retailwholesale business is an advantage.Bachelor's degree required - with preference for the fields of business, marketing, or data science.Experience with ESPs and web analytics (Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Attentive, Shopify or similar platforms)Ability to analyze data, and translate those findings into actionable next stepsInterest in social media and social innovation (new platforms, techniques, etc.)Self-starter and highly motivated; capable of working independently, yet collaboratively, within a fast-paced environmentHighly organized with attention to detail, and able to multitask, while maintaining clear and proactive flow of communication and ownership of tasksStrong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain good rapport with internal teams as well as external vendors and handle situations with confidence and resourcefulnessSalary based on experience.
