Job Description:

The Social Media Manager will play an integral role in the day-to- day execution of organic social media and advocacy coordination for our growing intimates brands across all social media platforms. They will build social engagement strategy and leverage tone of voice to manage the channels and be the day-to-day hands on keys to organic social. They will also provide strategic recommendations based on data & content learnings through social and reporting platforms. The ideal candidate will have the ability to quickly absorb the spirit of our brands' aesthetics and collaborate cross functionally with the extended brand marketing team.Responsibilities:Manage and maintain all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Amazon Posts), including scheduling and publishing posts, responding to comments, and monitoring analytics through SprinklrCollaborate cross-functionally with marketing, project management, PR, paid media, influencer agencies, graphic designers, legal and photographer to plan, communicate and adjust advocacy social media tactics based on key learning & strategies within each social platformManage the development of content calendar for social media channels (At least 6 weeks ahead)Source and create engaging content that include branded imagery, UGC, giveaway collabs and filler reposts that align with the brand's messaging and target audienceDevelop and execute all advocacy and organic social media initiatives that support brand objectives and strategiesCreate content briefs through project management tool for graphic design needs. This includes recommendations, routing relevant UGC for content inclusion and programming in other brand channels such as boosting in paid mediaResponsible for the identification, recruitment, and engagement of advocatesbrand ambassadors. Build database for sourcing, outreach, gifting and sending samples and mailersCommunity management in real-time across designated social channels with the brand's communities, managing a consistent yet distinct voice across social and communication platforms - ensuring alignment with brand's channel strategy and advocacy initiativesActively engage with followers and answer comments & DM's within 24 hours through SprinklrWeekly Monthly Quarterly performance analysis of all reporting dashboards; performance tracking and reporting on organic social media and social listening analyticsPartner with VP of marketing to maintain budget & invoicesQualifications:Minimum 4-5 years of relevant social media experience (social media for wholesale, retail, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle experience preferred)Bachelor's Degree in related field preferredHigh proficiency in Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Google Drive suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Wrike, Sharepoint and SmartsheetsExperience with social media publishing, analytic and listening tools (Sprinklr, Sprout Social, Curalate, Tribe Dymanics etc.)Strong track record for writing, editing, and developing strong tone of voice for currentpast brands or clients; able to take on the voice of the brand and translate creative assets to calendar accurately and efficientlyExperience in active participation in a wide variety of social media activities such as community development, management and content creationExperience with web social media platform management, with a deep understanding of popular and emerging social networksExcellent communications skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment with team members at all levelsResourceful and proactive, with strong organizationalproject management skills and a keen attention to detailGraphic design, copywriting and video editing abilities a plusAnnual salary starting at $90,000The disclosed salary range is commensurate with experience and does not reflect the total compensation package.
