As a key player in our industry, we are seeking a talented Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst to join our finance team and contribute to our strategic financial decision-making.Job Overview:The FP&A Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing financial performance, supporting strategic planning, and providing valuable insights to guide executive decisions. Reporting to the FP&A Manager, this role will collaborate closely with various departments to enhance financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes.Responsibilities:Partner with cross-functional teams to develop annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.Prepare insightful reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key findings and actionable recommendations.·        Assist in the development of KPIs and performance metrics to track and measure business performance.·        Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.·        Collaborate with accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting and variance analysis.·        Participate in the creation of business cases for new projects and investments.·        Assist in the development of long-range financial plans and scenarios.·        Monitor industry and market trends to provide valuable insights for forecasting and planning.·        Support the preparation of materials for investor relations and board meetings.  Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CMA, CPA or CFA designation is a plus.·        5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related roles.·        Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.·        Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial planning software.·        Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.·        Ability to communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.·        Strong attention to detail and accuracy.·        Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.·        Knowledge of [specific industry softwaretools] is a plus.·        Strong ethics and ability to handle sensitive financial information confidentially.Benefits:·        Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.·        Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and retirement plans.·        Opportunities for professional development and career growth.·        Dynamic and collaborative work environment.If you're a driven finance professional seeking a challenging and rewarding opportunity in FP&A, we encourage you to apply and join our team of dedicated experts.
