Senior Financial Analyst Job - Elgin, IL - Amazing Benefits including ESOP and 401k match.Position Summary: This financial analyst will partner with the General Manager, VPSales, VPMarketing and Senior Director of Operations to develop, implement, and foster data-driven decision making in all areas of the business. The position will implement standard forecasting, budgeting, pricing and ROI processes. The individual hired into this role will have the opportunity to advance within the Company, either through expanding the FP&A function or moving to other operationalcommercial areas. Primary ResponsibilitiesActivities: Serve as financial leader for the business create sophisticated financial analysis and models to drive growth in the business.Implement best practices (pricing models, ROI models etc.)Participate in the strategic and business planning processes and supply financial analysis.Utilize the corporate forecastingreporting tool to create custom reports and analysis as requested by senior leadership.Partner with the SalesMarketing teams to implement a comprehensive product pricingsales forecastinggross margin model.Perform monthly customerproduct profitability and ratevolumemix analysis and review results with senior management.Lead the annual budget process, mid-year forecast process, and the 5-year business plan process for the business.Analyze monthly financial and operational results and provide analysis to leadership. Qualifications: * ExperienceEducation: B.S. degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Accounting, or Economics* 5+ years of FP&A experience (manufacturing experience a plus)* High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (Microsoft D365 experience a plus)* Experience manipulating data from multiple sources (e.g. ERP, Power BI, HRIS, Concur, etc.)* Experience building sophisticated financial models used to analyze and forecast business outcomes.For immediate consideration, please email your resume directly to: Snitowsky, CPA
