Come join our growing team!About the Role We are seeking a driven and experienced Director of Business Development for our Finance & Accounting Advisory & Interim Services division to support the growing needs of E78 Partner's Business Development Team.Our Finance & Accounting Advisory & Interim Services practice sits within our FACT (Finance Accounting Compliance Tax) unit which delivers CFO-focused support to bolster financial control, visibility, and predictability in operations. Our effective solutions help inform key decision-making and drive operational efficiency, with an emphasis on providing clear financial insights and forecasts.We have driven considerable growth in our Accounting Advisory & Interim Services business and are looking for a highly qualified individual to help support continued growth.Expectations & DutiesLeveraging personal network to prospect and drive interest, consideration, and opportunities for E78 Partners for our Accounting Advisory & Interim Services business unit.Partner with E78 Partners marketing team to develop and execute go-to-market tactics to drive leads and opportunities.Develop relationships with strategic partners that can support reciprocal lead generation [business services firms, private equity firms, etc.].Collaborate with other business unit leaders to drive cross-sell opportunities.Manage and facilitate introductory meetings and presentations with prospective clients and shepherd them down the sales funnel.Coalesce complex business needs and translate them into meaningful solutions and statements of work.Work with marketing and operations teams to develop sales enablement capabilities and assets to bolster conversion rates.Key Competencies Required for Success Entrepreneurial mindset, ambitious self-starter with proven ability to work in a collaborative and diverse environment.Problem solving skills and ability to work well with autonomy and ambiguity.Ability to build strong working relationships both internally and externally.Strong working knowledge of accounting advisory and interim servicesPersuasiveness and the ability to influence.High energy, effort and positive mental attitude.Required Education & Experience At least 5 years with business developmentcommercialization experience in high growth, entrepreneurial finance & accounting services companies.Experience developing relationships with CFO's and other financial leadership.Track record of proven success.Knowledge of finance and accounting.Strong oral presentation and written communication skillsCompensationA base of $100,000 to $120,000 per annum plus commissions, bonus and benefits.E78 Partners is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
