At Watermark, our people come first!Program ManagerProject Manager shall be responsible for all work performed under the contract and ensure that all training requirements are fulfilled, receive and review End of Visit Reports (EOVRs) from field instructors within three business days of the conclusion of field training and submit those EOVRs to the Government, submit monthly status report, and serve as the first point of contact representative for all contract this role you will....Become familiar with Coast Guard FORCECOM SOPs and SMTC local policies, certify as an Instructor and maintaining instructor certification in accordance with FORCECOM SOP Volume 13 and SMTC local policies. Become familiar with all Marine Corps and Coast Guard range safety regulationspolicies to include successfully obtaining Range Safety Officer certification. Providing instruction in both classroom setting, range operations and in a maritime environment during extreme weather conditions (hotcold) while wearing personal protective equipment weighting up to 60lbs. Facilitate Coast Guard Fleet Training Course scheduling, course completion, and mobile training travel for StandardDefense training programs. CBRN Instructors can expect to travel to conduct mobile travel training for 80 or more days out of the year. The contractor hours can include 12 or more hours a day and some course convening's to be held in reverse cycle, starting past midnight and running into the early mornings and at times will include holidays.Upon hire, must obtain successful Fit-Test for Coast Guard service CBRN masks in accordance CG Policy for CS Chamber and CS gas training activities. Responsible for serving as an authoritative consultant in designing, preparing, and delivering programs of instruction including lessons plans, evaluation plans, equipment, and other related educational plans designed to train, assess, and sustain skills needed for the Coast Guard CBRN Standard and Defense program and Deployable Specialized Forces. For CENTCOM Pre-Deployment Training Course (two weeks per convening) may be used as opposing forces during CBRN training that use marking cartridges for up to 08 opposing forces roles per day. Instructors shall prepare classrooms, course equipment preparation and maintenance, range preparation for courses to include CS Chamber setup and operation, target builds, shoot house set up, flat range and CBRN exercise set ups and conductparticipate in all course workups. Responsible for conducting evaluations during formal institutional training, off site sustainment training, major training events, and during exercises.Responsible for providing daily feedback to students, maintaining student records and at times sitting on field safety boards and performance review boards in accordance with TRASYS SOP Volume 13 and Special Missions Training Center local polices. Required to work with the ISD to update course material as determined by the CBRN ISD.Required to work in extreme weathers to include extreme heat, rain, and cold conditions.Required to assist where otherwise needed at SMTC Camp Lejeune, NC with resident and CBRN relatedExperience Requirements:High School Diploma or equivalent5 years' experience as a military, law enforcement, of government public health CBRN Subject Matter Expert, OR have 5 years' experience in an equivalent Military Occupational Specialty (MOS), OR equivalent experience in the private sector with a B.S. and 7 years of documented experience instructing CBRN. CBRN training experience aboard a variety of military floating and shore units is preferable.Minimum of 3 years' experience as a formal classroom instructor providing training with proof of formal graduate of instructor training.Ability to walk, stoop, and bend. Frequently lift items weighing up to 40 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.Maintain good physical fitness.Public Trust ClearanceEducation Requirements:Bachelor's degree in business administration, business management, or human resources or five (5) years' experience in the personnel investigative security fieldSecurity Clearance Requirements:Possess or have the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance, based on Tier 3 (T3) level (formerly NACLC) or equivalent investigation.Other Requirements:Ability to walk, stoop, and bend.
