The ideal Paid Media Manager will have expertise in planning, executing and optimizing advertising campaigns across digital media platforms. This role will be pivotal in driving their digital advertising strategy, particularly in the areas of paid search, affiliate and paid social. Paid Media Manager Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies for lead generationCollaborate with agency partners, ensuring clear communication, shared goals and effective campaign execution while maintaining alignment with the company's brand and objectives Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for performance marketing and lead generation to drive efficient conversionsEffectively manage and allocate advertising budgets, making data-driven decisions to optimize ROI across channels Analyze campaign performance metrics, leveraging data and insights to refine strategies, improve ad content and enhance targetingResearch and test partnerships with new vendors to expand our client's reach andor lower cost-per-acquisitionOversee the performance of media campaigns, analyzing data and making adjustments to optimize resultsConduct AB testing and experimentation to optimize copy, visuals, targeting and messaging to drive better resultsMonitor and analyze competitors' advertising efforts and identify opportunities for improvement and differentiationCollaborate with other marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency across all channels Paid Media Manager Requirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, economics or a related field3+ years proven experience in digital advertising, with in paid search Proficiency in ad tech such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, SA360 and Google AnalyticsExpertise in performance digital advertising and audience segmentationStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisionsResults-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding lead acquisition goalsArticulate communicator with excellent interpersonal skillsExperience establishing and maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels, internally and externally If qualified per the above, please apply to this Paid Media Manager position today!
