We are committed to creating value for our global clients through efficient and reliable logistics management.Responsibilities:1.      Prospecting and identifying potential clients to establish new business relationships.2.      Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.3.      Understanding client needs and offering tailored freight solutions that meet their requirements.4.      Negotiating rates and contracts with clients and carriers to maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the market.5.      Collaborating with internal teams such as operations, customer service, and logistics to ensure smooth execution of shipments and resolve any issues that may arise.6.      Developing and implementing sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.7.      Providing regular reports and updates to management on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback. Requirements:1.      Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the freight forwarding or logistics industry.2.      Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and partners.3.      Results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.4.      Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.5.      Flexibility to travel is needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.6.      Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred).We offer comprehensive onboard training, including product knowledge, sales skills, market analysis, and more, to ensure that new employees can quickly integrate into the team and improve work efficiency.
