We're also offering the opportunity to take your career in a new and exciting direction.  It's truly an outstanding time to join our business! WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:The Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst will report to the CFO and will support operations and accounting. You will be responsible for the following:1.    Own the annual budgeting process - requires working across all departments to gather the appropriate information and being responsible for pulling all information together into the annual budget2.    Developingmaintaining on a monthly basis the rolling annual and look-ahead forecast to include cash forecasting, and reporting on forecast to actual3.    Helping developmaintain a metrics and analysis dashboard 4.    Provide opinions recommendations to help improve profitsmargins based upon knowledge of the business and assessment of the data5.    Develop maintain effective relationships with business partners at all levels of the organization6.    Own the ERP Security frameworksetup 7.    Be one of the SMEs in the ERP setuptransactional flow and work across all business departments to provide insight where the ERP could be a helpful tool to improve business processes. You will not function alone, this will be in conjunction with others who also have in-depth ERP knowledge YOUR IDEAL BACKGROUND:·      BS in Finance or Accounting or BS in computer science with commensurate business experience working as a Business Analyst·      3+ years of FP&A Experience·      MS Office Products with advanced Excel knowledge·      Power BI, Spotfire, Tableau or other dashboarding software a plus·      Knowledge of MS SQL, or Oracle SQL and writing queries and Stored Procedures a plus
