Job Description:

This person will be responsible for all clerical work on supplier purchase orders and customer sales orders to ensure the sales team can operate smoothly and all details are entered and maintained properly in our ERP system.The ideal candidate will exhibit attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, prioritize daily tasks along with strong computer skills. An ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role. This person will be responsible for the proper organization of our purchase order and inventory records which is crucial to the company's success. ResponsibilitiesHandle, coordinate and maintain open purchase orders, sales orders, shipments and invoicesWork in Netsuite, our ERP software to execute: item creation, PO creation, sales orders, invoices, inventory management, submit invoices Update and maintain existing records in Netsuite Communicate directly with suppliers to track shipments, buyers to discuss sales orders and invoices, and cross functional teams to ensure all steps are being followed Ensure file organization based on office protocolProvide ad hoc support around office as neededRequirements2+ years in a similar role with data management and organizational tasksNetsuite experience preferred but not requiredStrong Microsoft excel skillsHighly organizedMotivatedComfortable in a fast-paced work environmentExcellent communication skills
