Reporting to the General Manager, this position will be responsible for building a relationship and communicating with customers regarding the ordering process, returns, special quotations, etc. Essential FunctionsCommunicate with customers regarding ordersreturns; establishing terms, pricing, appropriate products for the application. Promote product sales through proactive customer contact. Perform basic marketing activities such as sharing special offers, facilitating usage of website, etc. Process orders in the company information systems.Serve as the key contact between the company and its customers. Assisting Service and Accounting department with their customer contacts when needed. Requirements5 years of sales or customer service experience, 2 years of which include experience with computer information systems. Other combinations of experience and education that meet minimum requirements may be substituted. Communication, sales, and customer service skills. Excel spreadsheetPCEmail basic functions. Common business practices relating to the purchase, pricing, terms, shipment, taxes, and payment for products and services. Must be able to communicate effectively with both written and oral methods such as email, phone calls, trade shows, etc. Build strong relationships with customers; understanding their business needs. Process a high volume of transactions with accuracy and a positive attitude.
