As the Manager of FP&A at DUDE Wipes, you will spearhead the strategic financial planning process, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive key business initiatives. With ownership over the annual financial plan and long-range forecasting, you'll leverage your analytical prowess to uncover insights and guide decision-making at all levels of the organization. Your role extends beyond traditional FP&A responsibilities, as you'll champion process optimization and automation to enhance efficiency and elevate the quality of financial reporting. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a rapidly growing company at the forefront of its industry, where you'll have the autonomy to make a meaningful impact while working alongside a dynamic team of professionals committed to innovation and excellence.What you'll do 💩(Getting down and dirty!)● Lead the development and execution of the annual financial plan in collaboration with relevant business units, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.● Coordinate the preparation of the long-range plan, annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and monthly variance analysis, providing insights and recommendations to enhance financial performance.● Build and maintain robust financial models to support decision-making processes, including scenario analysis and sensitivity testing.● Drive automation and optimization of financial planning and reporting processes, leveraging Netsuite Planning and Budgeting and other tools as appropriate.● Enhance financial reporting and analysis capabilities, implementing best practices to increase visibility and transparency for stakeholders.● Conduct a thorough analysis of financial data, KPIs, and operational metrics, utilizing data visualization techniques to communicate insights and deliver monthly financial presentations to the DUDE team.● Monitor trends in P&L performance, identifying and communicating key drivers, risks, and opportunities to support informed decision-making.● Develop and assist in the preparation of materials for quarterly and annual Board of Directors meetingsQualifications 🧻(How we hope you've already left your... mark!)● Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field● 4+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with demonstrated proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.● Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling tools; experience with Netsuite or similar ERP systems preferred.● Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.● Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.● Proven track record of driving process improvements and implementing best practices in FP&A functions.● Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and precision in financial analysis and reporting.● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.● Consumer products (CPG) industry experience is preferredAt DUDE, we carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including yourbackground, experience, and geographic location.We are an equal opportunity employer.
