Job Description:

A top fashion brand is seeking a Brand Marketing Associate to join their team! This role will be reporting into the Director of Marketing and will be on-site in their NYC location. This position is on site in the New York office.Responsibilities:Market and Trend Research: Engage in comprehensive market and trend research to identify industry changes and forecast trends. This includes creating detailed trend reports that inform strategic decision-making.Project Management: Take charge of marketing projects from start to finish. This encompasses overseeing timelines, coordinating with teams, and ensuring successful project outcomes.Presentation Development: Craft compelling presentations for a variety of stakeholders, including sales teams, partners, and internal meetings, to effectively communicate marketing strategies and results.Event and Tradeshow Coordination: Handle the logistics for events and tradeshows, from securing vendor quotes to planning logistics and compiling event recap reports.Sales Collateral Creation: Produce compelling sales collateral, including sell sheets, to support the sales team. This involves working closely with merchandising leads to ensure collateral is effective and aligned with product offerings.Product Descriptions: Write engaging product descriptions that highlight the unique features and benefits of each product, catering to the target market.Strategy Development and Execution: Collaborate with the Marketing Director to formulate and implement a broad marketing strategy that spans digital and in-store channels, alongside exploring brand partnership opportunities.Partnership Management: Collaborate with both internal and external partners to discover and leverage market-specific opportunities for client activations.Advertising Campaign Monitoring: Participate in the monitoring of advertising campaigns, providing detailed reports and insights on seasonal programs, including analyses of year-over-year performance, ROI, and KPIs.Creative Content Planning: Assist in the comprehensive planning of creative content, coordinating with internal teams and external partners from the initial concept to post-production.Showroom Collateral Management: Aid in keeping showroom collateral, such as signage, up-to-date.Creative Services Support: Coordinating design and creative assets, streamlining creative processes for digital assets needed for .com accounts.Marketing Calendar Maintenance: Maintain a detailed marketing calendar that schedules key events, campaigns, advertising initiatives, and the development of creative assets.Social Media and Newsletter Management: Manage the corporate social media calendar and internal corporate newsletter, creating consistent and engaging content.Event Planning and Management: Offer support in event planning and management, taking care of logistics and ensuring events run smoothly and meet their objectives.DigitalInteractiveSocial Media Strategy: Work alongside the marketing director to lead the interactive strategy, overseeing the development and execution of digital, interactive, and social media marketing campaigns. This includes employing best practices to grow the business, increase sales, and retain customers.Photo Shoot Management: Coordinate the production of product photoshoots, ensuring effective internal communication and that all product samples are prepared and maintained for shoots.Media Plan Execution: Cooperate with the marketing director in creating and executing media plans, facilitating communication with agency partners and overseeing the delivery of assets and required munication: Keep the marketing department informed about needs, launches, and opportunities, ensuring all product samples for campaigns are secured and updating internal resources as needed.Marketing Communication: Oversee the creation of seasonal printed and digital materials and develop marketing presentations for various sales meetings.Budget Management: Play a key role in managing the overall marketing budget, including conducting monthly planning helping to align marketing expenditures with strategic goals.Coordination and Communication: Ensure seamless communication and obtain necessary approvals for relevant programs with merchandising and sale and other internal teams, contributing to the cohesive execution of marketing strategies.Required Qualifications:Background and knowledge of social media monitoring and social media management platforms Excellent communication and writing skills. Must have strong research skills. Experience in online and traditional marketing, branding, advertising and public relations would be helpful,Should have good networking, leadership and negotiation skills Experience with working in cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, design, merchandising, licensing, executives)Possesses existing working relationships with Multiband Wholesale partners a must.Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with internal departments and external partnersProficient in MS Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlooks, Teams)Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) a plusAbility to prioritize multiple projects effectively to deliver timely and impactful results.Project managementThrive on working collaboratively with team members across the company.Adaptable and comfortable with change.Convey positive can-do attitude towards tackling problems.Ability to seek feedback and seek other points-of-view while maintaining confident direction.Team player who can thrive in a relationship driven environment.Passionate, driven, and motivated by product.Ability to work in a growing and entrepreneurial team environment.3-5 +years experience within brand marketing Background in general fashion marketing and communications as well as interactivedigitalsocial media strategyExperience in men's fashion a plus.If you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.
